Mr. Wilson C. Kwok graduated from University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom in 1986 with a MA Honors Degree in Accountancy with Economics together with a prize from Ernst & Young, an international accountancy firm, for being the top student in Accountancy class. After his graduation, he joined KPMG in Edinburgh, the U.K. Office for his Chartered Accountancy training and qualified in 1989. Wilson returned from U.K. to Hong Kong and the Mainland after his education and Chartered Accountancy training in U.K.

Mr. Kwok is a Hong Kong Certified Practicing Accountant, a Hong Kong Certified Tax Advisor, a Chinese M&A Dealer, a CFPCM Financial Planner, a CFT Financial Technologist, and a Qianhai Hong Kong Certified Tax Advisor.

During his public practicing, Mr. Kwok formally establish and develop his professional accounting firm business since 1990. From 1998 to 2013, he served as the Deputy Managing Director of International Business of the Baker Tilly China (Shenzhen Branch). Mr. Kwok has served as the Chairman of LKKC CPA Limited since 1998. He successfully obtained the cross-border practicing tax agent certificate in 2021 and has established Wilson Tax Advisory Services (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. with his mainland partners in Qianhai, Shenzhen, providing professional services to tax-related clients in the Greater Bay Area since 2022. He has also served as the Managing Director of Wilson & Partners CPA Limited (AFRC registration number M0922) since 2023, to expand the business landscape related to listed companies.

Mr. Kwok has extensive experience in finance, auditing, international tax planning, financial management, consulting, IPO arrangements, corporate financing and professional training. He handled a number of audit assurance, cross-border taxation, risk management and corporate finance projects; providing professional services to multinational companies, local and domestic companies in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Mr. Kwok has been active in the functions and responsibilities related to corporate listings and has served as an independent non-executive director of listed companies. He also successfully obtained the A-share independent director certificate from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2020. In addition, he was a Founding Committee Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants - PRC Technical Committee from 1993-1996 for the preparation and overseeing the listing of the first batch of nine China “H” share companies in Hong Kong.
