Mr Wilson C Kwok also has extensive experience in Corporate and financial management work, especially for the real estate development and property management industries. He had extensive experience in public sector work, in particular competitive tendering and privatisation programme for local authority in the United Kingdom during the 1980s. He has been actively involved the re-structuring exercise for PRC Companies and is a director of a number of Hong Kong property development companies and is also a directors of two PRC Joint Venture property development companies. He was also a Chief Representative before for a Shanghai Representative office established by a Hong Kong property development company.
